We are a rapidly growing Family-Owned Business, which has been established for well over 38 successful years.
Our organization is comprised of three primary divisions, these being a large Investments Portfolio, Property Re-Development & Commercial Property Portfolio.
The Group Chairman is Mr Bill Kler, whose pioneering vision has led the company to success through adversity amidst challenging climates, in addition, sustaining growth by diversifying the business to suit the current market.
Our teams use their experience and local knowledge to search the UK for potential high-quality sites which can be developed into sustainable homes. As well as local knowledge, we have all the expertise to deal with all aspects of development and issues which may arise, including Brownfield remediation (treatment of contaminated land to allow development). As a market leader in Land Acquisition and Development, we purchase sites using various types of contractual agreements and work regularly with both Private and Public Sector Organizations.
